Whenever I see the word "knife" I freak out. Someone asked me to hold a knife for them while they did something else and I broke into tears. I won't fully sharpen a pencil--it must have a dull tip. I won't even grow out my nails to make them long, so I bite them because nail clippers scare me. Last year, six doctors had to hold me down to get me to take a shot. I was crying the whole time. I won't go near the kitchen knives
